Hail knocks away the granules on your shingles, which create larger problems down the road. Damage done by hail is the most difficult to spot. - NMake sure you and your family are SAFE. Your safety is our biggest priority. If the damage to your home is severe, find safe place for you and your family to reside. Be sure to stay away from any signs of structural or electrical damage.
- NGive us a call! We know storms don’t always strike during business hours. That is why we created a 24/7 emergency line that is available for you to call after hours. We will add you to our schedule as an "Emergency Consult", making your inspection a priority.
- NSnap-a-few pics. Our project consultants will make sure to take plenty of photos to show the extent of the damage, but getting photos immediately can be of great value when making a claim. (make sure not to forget pics of your personal belongings as well!)
- NMake any temporary repairs. Whether you need to throw on a tarp or board up a window, only repair what YOU feel comfortable doing. Your safety is very important to us. During your inspection, our consultant will do any temporary fixes to hold you over until your install date.
- NAuthorize your claim & begin repairs. Once your claim has been submitted to the insurance company, it should only take a few days to receive approval. Once your claim has been finalized, your project consultant will confirm all repairs that will be made to your home. Making this a clear and concise process.
